This Privacy Policy explains what information Xsq.Media collects when you use thexsqmedia.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the main site and to the ebook purchase page.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, buy the ebook, or otherwise reach out, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, and payment information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us directly (see "Payments" below).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which sections they read and where they leave). Clarity may capture usage through cookies and similar technologies and may record aggregated interaction data. You can read Microsoft's privacy practices at their website.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries and schedule calls (via Calendly)
- process ebook purchases and deliver the product
- improve the Site and understand how it's used
- send information you've asked for or that relates to a purchase you've made
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Ebook purchases are processed through Cosmofeed, our third-party payment provider. When you buy the ebook, the payment details you enter are collected and processed by Cosmofeed under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the details needed to deliver your purchase and keep our records — we do not receive or store your full card or banking details.
Scheduling and third-party tools
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data under its own privacy policy:
- Calendly — for booking discovery calls
- Cosmofeed — for processing payments
- Microsoft Clarity — for Site analytics
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
Sharing your information
We share information only where necessary — with the service providers listed above so they can perform their function, or where required by law. We don't share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Children
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
