This Refund Policy applies to "The Creative Strategy Playbook" ebook and any other digital products sold through thexsqmedia.com.

Digital products are final sale

The ebook is a digital product delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately and the content can't be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Please make sure the product is right for you before you buy. If you're unsure whether it fits your situation, reach out at xsq.media@gmail.com before purchasing and we'll do our best to help you decide.

Problems with your purchase

If something goes wrong — for example, you were charged but didn't receive access, you received a broken or inaccessible file, or you were charged more than once — contact us at xsq.media@gmail.com with your order details and we'll put it right, either by fixing delivery or correcting a genuine billing error.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Cosmofeed. Any billing correction or reversal for a genuine processing error is subject to their process as well as ours.
